Biografia do Palestrante:

Margareth Goldenberg é psicóloga e psicopedagoga, especialista em direitos humanos e mundo corporativo. Atua há 27 anos nos temas de responsabilidade social, educação, diversidade e equidade de gênero em grandes corporações. CEO na Goldenberg Responsabilidade Social e Diversidade onde também atua como consultora estratégica e tática em diversidade e inclusão em várias empresas.  Também foi consultora estratégica no desenho do Movimento Mulher 360. Atualmente é gestora executiva deste movimento empresarial sem fins lucrativos mantido por 100 empresas, articulando o tema de empoderamento feminino, diversidade e equidade de gêneros no meio corporativo.  É Membro do Comitê Consultivo do Elas Lideram 2030 – Rede Brasil do Pacto Global e ONU Mulheres e do Conselho Consultivo do Fórum LGBTI+.

Margareth Goldenberg is an educational psychologist and an expert in human rights and the corporate world. She has been working for 27 years in social responsibility, education, diversity and gender equality at major corporations. CEO at Goldenberg Responsabilidade Social e Diversidade, where she also acts as a strategic and tactical consultant on diversity and inclusion at several companies. She was also a strategic consultant in the design of “Movimento Mulher 360”. She is currently the executive manager of this non-profit business movement maintained by 100 companies, articulating the issue of female empowerment, diversity, and gender equality in corporate settings. She is a member of the Consultative Committee of “Elas Lideram 2030” – Brazil Network of the Global Compact and UN Women, and of the Consultative Council of the LGBTI+ Forum.
