Biografia do Palestrante:
Doctor graduated from USP (University of São Paulo),
psychoanalyst, major in Occupational Psychodynamic from Vanzolini Foundation
and MBA in project management from Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV). Fusco
was technically responsible for the Occupational Health area at Itaú Unibanco
for 10 years and helped companies managing the causes of mental illness, as
well as to define patient care strategies, awareness campaigns on mental health
and diagnoses of occupational contexts aimed at preventing illness and promoting
mental health. Understanding mental health as a strategic variable to face the
challenges of ongoing changes in business models, he promotes actions and
programs that directly and indirectly aim at reducing sick leaves, reducing
loss ratio in healthcare plans, engaging teams, increasing results and
productivity, reducing occupational claims, turnover and improving the
company’s image.
