É empreendedora Social e consultora, atua nas áreas de Educação, Direitos Humanos e ESG. Pesquisadora em Violência e Preconceito pela FEUSP, mestre em Neurociência Comportamental pela Unifesp, pós-graduada em Gestão das Diferenças e Práticas Inclusivas e também em Neurociência pelo Instituto Singularidades. Certificada pela Fundação Dom Cabral no Programa para Formação de Conselheiros. Membro do Conselho de Direitos Humanos da ONU-Brasil. Co-diretora executiva da Turma do Jiló e coordenadora de pós-Graduação em Inclusão da Diversidade do Instituto Singularidades e tem mais de 20 anos de experiências corporativas diversos em setores. Vencedora do Prêmio Empreendedor Social do Ano (2022) e do UN Women USA Rise and Raise Others Award (2022) na categoria redução das desigualdades.

She is a social entrepreneur and consultant working in the Education, Human Rights and ESG areas. Carolina is certified by Dom Cabral Foundation in the Board Members Training Program. Member of the UN-Brazil Human Rights Council. Co-Executive Director of Turma do Jiló and postgraduate coordinator in Diversity Inclusion at Singularidades Institute with more than 20 years of corporate experience in different industries. Winner of the Social Entrepreneur of the Year Award (2022) and of the UN Women USA Rise and Raise Others Award (2022) in the inequality reduction category.
