Partner and CEO of Systemiq LatAm, co-founder of the global ecosystem Aya Earth Partners, and President of the AYA Institute, Patricia Ellen is a former Secretary of Economic Development, Science, and Technology for the State of São Paulo. She holds a degree in Business Administration from FEA-USP, a Master\'s in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School, and an MBA from Insead. Patricia was the president of Optum in Brazil, a healthcare technology company under the United Health group, and is a former partner at McKinsey & Company, where she spent 18 years leading the Public Sector practice.
