Ricardo Mussa is CEO at Raízen, an integrated energy company committed to sustainability. In 2007, he joined Cosan, as one of the founders and CEO at Radar for 5 years, a company dedicated to investing in agricultural land with high potential for appreciation. In 2014, he assumed as CEO at Moove, the Lubricants business of Cosan, with operations in 6 countries including Europe and Latin America. In 2017, he assumed the executive vice-presidency of Logistics, Distribution & Trading at Raízen. In 2020, he became CEO at Raízen Today he leads a team of 46 thousand people.
