EN-USArthur Ribeiro is the Country Manager for Brazil at Reap. He began his career at BTG Pactual and spent several years as a trader in the hedge fund industry. He later joined Conexa Saúde - one of Latin America's leading healthcare startups - where he served as Head of FP&A. In 2020, Arthur co-founded Atisbank, a fintech company in Brazil, where he led the business until its successful exit in 2023. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Brazilian Military Institute of Engineering (IME).-PT-BRArthur Ribeiro é o Gerente de País para o Brasil na Reap. Ele começou sua carreira no BTG Pactual e passou vários anos como trader no setor de fundos hedge. Mais tarde, ele se juntou à Conexa Saúde - uma das principais startups de saúde da América Latina - onde atuou como Diretor de Planejamento e Análise Financeira (FP&A).
