Beata Orlinska

Professor Beata Orli?ska, DSc, PhD, is currently the Head of the Department of Chemical Organic Technology and Petrochemistry at the Silesian University of Technology, where she holds a position as a researcher and academic. Furthermore, she also serves as a coordinator at the College of Study within the University. Her scientific interests lie in the exploration of new catalytic systems and their potential in enhancing oxidation reactions. Her group investigates the utilization of immobilized catalysts, explores the unique properties of ionic liquids and deep eutectic solvents as alternative reaction media and their impact on oxidation processes. Professor Orli?ska published over 60 papers in JCR-indexed journals and 30 patents. Furthermore, she has been actively involved as the principal investigator in projects funded by the National Science Centre, the National Centre for Research and Development, and chemical companies.
