Professor of Law at UFRGS and Director of the Center for European and German Studies (CDEA). She holds a Ph.D. from Heidelberg (summa cum laude) and has degrees from Tübingen and Saarland. President of the ILA’s Committee on Consumer Protection and editor of the Consumer Law Review (Thomson Reuters). Former president of BRASILCON.
