Fariba Wells is Vice President, Global Government Affairs and Policy, leading the function for Kyndryl. She joined the company in May 2022 and is based in Washington, DC. Prior to joining Kyndryl, Fariba was one of the first team members of The Albright Group and then the Albright Stonebridge Group (ASG), where she worked closely alongside the late former US Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, current Deputy Secretary of State Wendy Sherman, and several other esteemed US and global diplomats. In her 13 years with ASG, she helped built the consultancy\'s practice in Turkey, UK, and several other markets.
