Fernando Cestari de Rizzo held several leadership positions before becoming CEO of Tupy, leading areas of Engineering, Strategic Planning, Sales and Manufacturing. Being at the company for over 30 years and having experiences in different areas and regions allowed him to know Tupy\'s entire value chain, from the operation to the customer. In addition to specializations in business, Fernando holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Marketing and Finance.
