Biografia do Palestrante:

Economista e mestre em Engenharia de Produção pela Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (UFPE). É Diretor-Presidente da EMBRAPII e da ANPROTEC. É membro do Conselho Nacional de Ciência e Tecnologia, do Conselho Consultivo da FINEP, do Conselho Deliberativo Nacional do SEBRAE, do Conselho de Administração do Porto Digital, do Conselho Consultivo do Instituto Senai de Inovação - ISI/TICs, do Conselho Consultivo do Instituto de Pesquisa, Inovação e Empreendedorismo - IPÊ da UFRPE e do Comitê de Líderes da MEI/CNI. Também integrou os Conselhos do CGEE, ABDI, CESAR e Softex/PE. É docente desde 1985 na Universidade Estadual de Pernambuco, onde leciona as disciplinas de Macroeconomia e Gestão de Inovação, Ciência e Tecnologia na Faculdade de Ciências da Administração. Foi superintendente do Sebrae-PE (2019-2022) e coordenador do Programa de Transformação Digital do Sistema Sebrae (2020-2022). Foi, por 11 anos, presidente do Núcleo de Gestão do Porto Digital (Recife-PE), Organização Social responsável pela governança do Parque Tecnológico Porto Digital. Entre 2015 e 2018 foi presidente da Divisão da América Latina da International Association of Science Parks and Areas of Innovation (IASP) e membro do board global da entidade. Foi empreendedor por 20 anos, dirigindo empresas de desenvolvimento de software e consultoria organizacional, com atuação junto aos mercados público e privado. Na gestão pública, ocupou cargos de secretaria e direção superior nos níveis estadual e municipal.

Economist and Master\'s degree holder in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE). Currently serving as the CEO of EMBRAPII and ANPROTEC. Also, a member of the National Council for Science and Technology, the Advisory Board of FINEP, the National Deliberative Council of SEBRAE, the Board of Directors of Porto Digital, the Advisory Board of the Senai Innovation Institute - ISI/TICs, the Advisory Board of the Institute of Research, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship - IPÊ at UFRPE, and the Leadership Committee of MEI/CNI. Previously, held positions on the boards of CGEE, ABDI, CESAR, and Softex/PE. Has been a lecturer since 1985 at the State University of Pernambuco, teaching courses in Macroeconomics and Innovation Management, Science, and Technology at the Faculty of Administration Sciences. Served as the Superintendent of Sebrae-PE (2019-2022) and coordinated the Digital Transformation Program of the Sebrae System (2020-2022). For 11 years, was the President of the Management Nucleus of Porto Digital (Recife-PE), a Social Organization responsible for the governance of the Porto Digital Technological Park. Between 2015 and 2018, held the position of President of the Latin American Division of the International Association of Science Parks and Areas of Innovation (IASP) and was a member of the global board of the organization. As an entrepreneur for 20 years, managed software development and organizational consulting companies, serving both the public and private sectors. In the public sector, held various high-ranking positions at the state and municipal levels.
