EN-USJavier Reyes was the Talent Growth LATAM lead at Gear Foundation, where he contributed to the growth of the Polkadot ecosystem through education, community building, and developer engagement. He created and led the global Vara Network ambassador program with over 60 active members. Javier organized Rust-based smart contract bootcamps, university hackathons across Latin America, and global events in the US, Europe, China, and India. He also co-founded Polkadot México, one of the most active Spanish-speaking communities, and represented the ecosystem at events like Talent Land and ETH San Francisco.-PT-BRJavier Reyes foi o líder de Crescimento de Talentos LATAM na Gear Foundation, onde contribuiu para o crescimento do ecossistema Polkadot por meio de educação, construção de comunidade e engajamento de desenvolvedores.
