EN-USLeandro Noel is co-founder of Avenia. He was the founder and Head of Research at Ada Capital. Previously, Leandro co-founded Athon Energia, a renewable energy company, growing the firm to invest over R$ 500 million in solar power plants. Leandro started his career as an investment analyst in the Private Equity division at Pátria Investimentos. He holds a degree in Civil-Aeronautical Engineering from ITA.-PT-BRLeandro Noel é cofundador da Avenia. Ele foi fundador e Diretor de Pesquisa da Ada Capital. Anteriormente, Leandro cofundou a Athon Energia, uma empresa de energia renovável, expandindo a empresa para investir mais de R$ 500 milhões em usinas solares. Leandro começou sua carreira como analista de investimentos na divisão de Private Equity da Pátria Investimentos. Ele possui graduação em Engenharia Civil-Aeronáutica pela ITA.
