Biografia do Palestrante:
Ricardo Garcia Cappelli holds a degree in Journalism and a postgraduate degree in Public Administration from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV). With 25 years of experience in public positions at all three levels of government, he assumed the presidency of ABDI in 2024 after serving as the Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Justice and Public Security. Between 2021 and 2023, he was the State Secretary of Communication for the Government of Maranhão. Between 2015 and 2021, Ricardo Cappelli was the Chief Secretary of the Institutional Representation of the Government of Maranhão in Brasília.
