Owning a degree in Economics at Nova University of Lisbon and a post-graduation in Tourism Management in Estoril School, has a career of more than 20 years in multinationals in marketing roles and FMCG category leadership positions, both at local, regional and global levels. Lived in several countries s.a. Angola, Portugal, Austria, Italy, France, UK and Brazil.Since May 2019 is the executive Director of the newly established tourism innovation center, which he was invited to set up and coordinate, up until today. NEST – Tourism Innovation Center, as an entity, is also the coordinator entity of the recently appointed Innovtourism Digital Innovation Hub, the Tourism Agenda applicant to National Resilience Plan, the recently established Lab for Tourism and Health. NEST is also a recognized partner entity of UNWTO for innovation across the globe.
