Thamila is undergraduate in Law and Administration from Centro Universitário UniSEB. She has a postgraduate degree in Strategic Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (MBA FGV – SP) and a postgraduate degree in Modern Education: methodologies, trends and student focus from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul-PUCRS and; relevant courses in the area of ??education and business such as Fututes Thinking immersion at Stanford University by d.school (2023); Global Business at Harvard Business School (2021); Leading Change from Harvard University Graduate School of Education (2019) and Leading Digital Transformation (2019) from INSEAD. In addition to several courses related to the executive career, including participating in the Open City Labs Project at Harvard, as well as courses in governance, innovation, business, and education in various courses such as "School Leadership and Management" by the Institute of the Education University of London and "The Best Corporate Governance Practices" by the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance. She is currently CO- CEO of Grupo SEB de Educação, Board Member of Grupo SEB and Chairman of the Board Member at Maple Bear Global Schools - she brings in her career a background of more than 15 years of experience in the most diverse areas of the Group, among which we should mention: Director of the Graduate Center of Centro Universitário UniSEB, Executive Pro-Rector of Centro Universitário UniSEB Interativo and served on the Board of Directors of YDUQS (years 2014 – 2016) and Board of Directors of WIDE (years 2016/2017), in addition to the participation of the SEB Group Education Committee and co-authorship of the book Law and Education by MP Editora. She works as a great researcher and enthusiast of innovation and trends in the business world – she also participates in forums and conferences about the innovation hub. In 2023, she was recognized by Bloomberg as one of the most influential people in Latin America and in 2024, she was featured on Forbes' list of Successful Women.
