Biografia do Palestrante:
Social entrepreneur, resident of Capão Redondo district, in
the South Zone of São Paulo, Thiago is one of two Brazilians included in the
list of 50 Young People who are Promoting and Transforming Gastronomy around
the World, organized by World’s 50 Best Restaurants, considered the Oscar of
the sector. Thiago Vinícius was included in the group of creative
entrepreneurs, which highlights visionary leaders who combine art, culture and
social action with culinary creativity. His work helps to democratize organic
food on the outskirts of São Paulo, linking organic food producers with
consumers in the region. Thiago won the Veja Comer e Beber 2022-2023 Award for
his work to strengthen food security for families in the outskirts of the south
zone of São Paulo.
