We’e’ena Tikuna is an influential indigenous leader, fashion designer, TED Speaker, and activist from the Tikuna Umariaçu village in the Amazon. As the most prominent indigenous influencer in Brazil, she uses her platform to advocate for indigenous rights, cultural preservation, and environmental sustainability. She made history by leading the first fashion show in Brazil entirely created by a native indigenous designer, showcasing the richness of indigenous fashion and opening doors for other indigenous artists. We’e’ena has served as the National President of Brazilian Indigenous Women at Libra and works as an environmental agent with the IBDN. She has been recognized with numerous awards, including the Medal of Artistic and Cultural Merit and the Juscelino Kubitschek Cross of Merit. A dedicated mother, We’e’ena draws strength from her heritage and family to inspire her work in promoting a sustainable and inclusive future.
