Agenda do Palestrante:

The workshop on Youth Activism and Climate Change will forecast interventions from young activists worldwide, across continents and cultures, to provide multiple perspectives on climate action, common challenges and opportunities and links with other local movements for social transformation.

of people’s and communities’ human rights – such as the right to food, water,
shelter, self-determination, culture and development. This workshop will
explore the connection between human rights and climate change, including
real-life examples from people directly affected. Finally, we’ll open a discussion
on action and activism, such as climate justice. What does this involve and
how could we contribute?

How can different stakeholders contribute to systemic and sustainable change?
This is the central question of this workshop, where we will explore the concepts of systems change and impact evaluation and their relevance to sustainability. We will learn howto use systems thinking to design and evaluate interventions that address complex social and environmental problems. We will also reflect on our own practices and challenges and discuss how we can work together for the common good.
