Biografia do Palestrante:
As an environmental and sustainability scientist with a PhD in ecology and conservation, my primary aim is to provide education on environmental science and science-based sustainable decision making across disciplines to address our grand challenges. My research quantifies biodiversity and environmental responses to human disturbance, to inform sustainable land management and resource use. However, I am also interested in evaluating challenges in sustainable land management practice application, Nature-based solutions and leveraging AI and new-tech for tackling the biodiversity crisis.
