Tim Vieira was born in Johannesburg, South Africa, to Portuguese emigrant parents. Tim is a Portuguese entrepreneur and investor, known for his participation in the Portuguese version of the show Shark Tank in 2015. He is currently the CEO of Brave Generation Academy and a candidate for the Presidency of the Portuguese Republic in 2026.Tim Vieira began his entrepreneurial career in 1993 with a brewery in South Africa. In 2001, he founded Special Edition Holding, a media group operating in Angola, Mozambique and Ghana. In 2015 he founded the Brave Generation Group and the BeBrave Association to invest in startups. In 2020, he launched the Escolhe Portugal platform to support companies during the pandemic. He was president of CCILSA (2020-2023) and is a member of the Advisory Board of the Nova School of Business & Economics. In 2020, he founded Brave Generation Academy, where he is CEO, and maintains investments in Agriculture, IT, Human Resources and Culture.
